30-Night Better-Bedtime Guarantee. Try DreamCycle for 30 nights. If it hasn't made bedtime easier — or you're not happy for any reason — email us within 30 nights of delivery and we'll refund your full purchase price. No questions asked.

12-Month Every-Night Warranty. If your DreamCycle light stops working within 12 months of delivery, contact us and we'll replace it free of charge.

How to start a return or warranty claim

Email weirdtiktokguytest@outlook.com with your order number. We'll reply within 1 business day with simple instructions.

Refund timing

Once your return is approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. You'll receive an email confirmation when it's processed.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, email us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund — whichever you prefer.
