Orders & payment

All prices are listed in USD. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order — if we do, you will be refunded in full. Promotional discounts (including quantity offers) are applied automatically at checkout and cannot be combined with other discounts; the largest applicable discount is applied.

Shipping & delivery

Delivery estimates are stated at checkout and in our Shipping Policy. Delays caused by carriers or events outside our control may occasionally occur.

Returns, refunds & warranty

Purchases are covered by our 30-Night Better-Bedtime Guarantee and 12-Month Every-Night Warranty, as described in our Return & Refund Policy.

Product use & safety

DreamCycle lights are low-voltage, USB-powered LED devices intended for indoor use. Do not submerge in water, cover while operating, or disassemble. Adult supervision is recommended for use by young children.
